Krept & Konan are flying right now since their debut album The Long Way Home, which features the likes of Skepta, YG and Rick Ross, was released over the weekend. Their latest single, ‘Freak of the Week‘ [feat. Jeremiah] earned the boys their first Top 10 single [#9] and has been viewed over 5,000,000 times! The album has been picked up and reviewed by a number of large international outlets including The Fader, Billboard and Complex. While the duo have been busying promoting the project, including dropping into 1Xtra’s Live Lounge to cover Notorious B.I.G‘s ‘Mo Money Mo Problems‘, they are still treating their fans to new videos and exclusives.

This time around, they have enlisted the help of Taylor Gang frontman Wiz Khalifa for the track ‘Do It For The Gang‘. Wiz is no stranger to working with UK acts, collaborating with Tinie Tempah on ‘Till I’m Gone‘ back in 2011 which gained both large commercial success. The Pittsburgh rapper is also a fan of Krept & Konan, requesting the South London duo’s 2014 hit ‘Don’t Waste My Time‘ on his visit to Shade 45 and DJ Whoo Kidd. On ‘Do It For The Gang‘, the chemistry between the two acts seems so natural and the track is sure to do well in the charts.
