As well as his girlfriend, Nicki Minaj going HAM on Twitter last night, taking shots at Taylor Swift and others about the lack of nominations she received at the MTV Video Music Awards this year, Meek Mill also used the social media application to vent his frustrations. First up, he took a jab at Safaree Samuel (SB), Nicki Minaj’s ex-boyfriend, pointing out the fact that while he was in hiding, Nicki Minaj was flirting with Drake and Nas in music videos, reminding the public that Nicki Minaj is not the reason for his current success and for twerking;

Next up was Drake who Meek Mill called out for using a ghostwriter. While it’s still not clear what set Meek Mill off, the Philly rapper started with very being very vague before highlighting Drake as his target. More specifically, he mentioned the Toronto rapper’s verse on his own album, saying, “He ain’t even write that verse on my album and if I woulda knew I woulda took it off my album.” Drake guests on ‘R.I.C.O’ off Meek’s chart-topping album Dreams Worth More Than Money.

He claims it’s not a secret and everyone including Lil Wayne and Nicki know about it. “The whole game know for real they scared to tell the truth! I can’t wait tok these guys and sit back and act like they don’t know!” he said. “Other artist know tho? lil Wayne and Nicki know ….. Ask em they gone act like they don’t see them tweets.” Near the end of the tweets, Meek Mill offered up a clarification, making sure that everyone knew he wasn’t talking about either Kendrick Lamar or J. Cole (but still commenting, “they in different lanes“). His comments were picked up by MMG boss Rick Ross who encouraged the rapper’s honesty, tweeting; “@MeekMill speaking facts!!!! Luv mynigga 4L #Empire”

Meek Mill was currently sold over 300,000 copies of his new album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, in 11 days, despite an extended jail stint and just a 5-day pre-release announcement. You can stream the album here.
