It’s been a while since our last food tutorial, but don’t worry, we’ve still got you covered. Check out this Lemon Drizzle Cake recipe from the team over at SORTED Food, who have presented us with many great recipe’s over the past year. This time round they appeal to our sweet tooth once again, with a series of mini baked goods sure to fill that after-dinner space in your stomach. Instead of making one big cake, they create a more simple set of small, bite-sized treats. Working their way backwards, they first throw together some candied lemon peels, a mixture of lemon juice and honey, along with (of course) the butter, sugar, egg and lemon zest based cake batter. This is also joined by some almonds and flour. Taking advice from their viewers, they then add blueberries and tarragon to the mixture, spicing things up even more. By this point they have put the batter in the oven and are waiting to place the finishing touches.
