As Conor McGregor predicted, he is the winner of the UFC 202 rematch fight against Nate Diaz. The two opponents had a great fight with McGregor setting things off with the first knockdown, As the rounds continued Diaz seemed to gain momentum but was just unable to get the upper hand this time. As the final verdict came down to the points that placed McGregor ahead of Diaz.
The judges scored the UFC 202 main event Saturday night in Las Vegas. In the main event, McGregor defeated Diaz with the majority decision (48-47, 47-47, 48-47). Judges Jeff Mullen and Derek Cleary gave McGregor Rounds 1, 2 & 4, while Judge Jeff Mullen scored it a draw since he gave Diaz a 10-8 round in round 3. Mullen also gave rounds 3 and 5 to Diaz. Both fighters put on a real show for the fans going the full 5 rounds both give everything they had.
