UK Rapper, Producer and Director, Pep delivers with his new visuals for ‘Aeroplanes‘, taken from his recently released No Stars EP. The consistency from Pep has been second to none since the release of his EP, this being his third visual drop since 28.08.16. While ‘Aeroplanes‘ documents a personal account of Pep’s feelings towards life, love and the stresses that aid existence, it’s also comes across as extremely relatable to his audience and listeners.
“First and foremost, depressed I was almost” is the first bar of the track which undoubtedly sets the scene for what’s to come in terms of lyrics. Accompanied by stunning visuals, Pep then moves on to say “I just opened up a healed wound, just opened up my wardrobe like, rah I ain’t worn those, cost a little more than a score though”.
Pep shares with us what life is like away from the pretense and smoke screens, the depth of ‘Aeroplanes‘ is displayed through the track itself along with the visual sequence. The new video is a visual representation describing the battles that go on within one’s mind and the damage that has been inflicted on to Pep without anyone else being around. Not only does this track tap in to sensitive subjects, but is an eye opener in to the reality of escapism.
