On Monday, Little Simz announced that she would be releasing her sophomore album, Stillness in Wonderland, this Friday. After the release of track ‘Poison Ivy‘ – the first track taken from the album, she is back with another track entitled ‘Picture Perfect‘. For ‘Poison Ivy‘, Simz kept things fairly down-tempo and relaxed, but with this new release, produced by Rascal, she turns the energy up for a rather addictive track. Simz completes the single with a chorus that urges listeners to want to sing along. The song sounds like an introduction to the album as Simz paints the image of her own personal “wonderland,” which, if it’s anything like ‘Picture Perfect‘, is rugged and vibrant as hell.

Wonderland is amazing ain’t it?/ Never ever wanna leave, let me stay lit,” she raps. Stillness In Wonderland is due out on December 16. As if two songs within a week weren’t enough to keep fans excited, Simz is also sharing an accompanying four-part comic book series titled Welcome to Wonderland that was written by her manager Eddie “Versetti” Smith and features artwork by Mckay Felt.
