Nike prepare to drop their Air Foamposite One XX, in an outfit fit for kings. Arriving in “Dark Neon Royal“, the unique release adds to a long list of Foams that hit stores last year. This includes a fully covered ‘Optic Yellow/Wu Tang‘ and brightly outfitted ‘University Red‘ set of colourways. Similar pair to another variation which also arrived in 2016, labelled ‘Hyper Cobalt‘, this drop also features all blue upper with black detailing and accents. Of course the design of this model differs slightly, hence specilized name and features. Nike give a lowdown of it’s meaning below:
“A cult favourite among collectors, the Air Foamposite One kicks off its twentieth birthday in style with a throwback Dark Neon Royal colourway. Originally released in 1997, the Foamposite was a game-changer of performance and artistic design, rocked on the court by some of the era’s greatest players.”
The pair brings both quality and colour, offered at a premium price due to it;s durable and well-focused build. It’s been a busy and exciting first month for Nike (when isn’t it), especially when you see new Foamposites coming out. Known for being the sneakers with the least depricaition, grab a pair on February 26th for an expected £180 from Nike‘s official store here. It’s likely they’ll sell quick, so be quick!
