Gucci’s Le Marché Des Merveilles watch features a 3D Red Tiger Head
It’s a little surprising that this release didn’t make a huge amount of noise on social media, as Gucci unveil and release their Le Marché Des Merveilles watch which features a 3D red tiger head. Easily removable so you can read the face, this premium accesory adds to a whole tiger-based aesthetic curated by brand director Alessandro Michele.
Made in Switzerland, the piece arrives with an iconic green and red nylon strap, finished with woven lettering throughout. Fluted stainless steel can been at the back of the face, which sees a bee emblem and signature etched into the material. Arriving as part of their Fall Winter 17/18 campaign, the water-resistant (50m) watch is available in very limited numbers. It has already sold out at shops like Mr Porter and current stockists only have a pieces few left.
Available for $790, purchase the watch at Barneys New York here or alternatively at Giglio for £611.48 here. It’s unlikely that the watch will restock, but if it does we’ll be sure to let you know!
