Lacoste unveils alternative logo polo shirts to help save 10 Endangered Species
Lacoste is not necessarily known for special edition collections or standout designs, but every now and then they usually bring something exciting to the table. For SS18, the premium label aims to help save 10 endangered species through a creative spin on their classic crocodile logo. Those said endangered species appear on the chest of their iconic white polos, in trademark green following the format of the original symbol.
Helping to fight against the extinction of these animals, the apparel features around 10 animals on the limited edition shirts. These include the; Vaquita dolphin, Burmese roofed turtle, Northern sportive lemur, Javan rhino, Cao-Vit gibbon, Kakapo parrot, California condor, the Saola, Sumatran tiger and the Anegada ground iguana. The delivery arrives in collaboration with the IUCN/Save Our Species (SOS) organisation/s.
Available from Lacoste FR (sold out in UK/US) for €150 a piece, visit their online store here or preview the collection above. Be sure to give us your thoughts on the release and explore more new apparel via the link provided underneath.
