Manchester United & adidas Football reveal and release “Navy/Matte Gold” 18/19 3rd Kit
adidas renew their manufacturing ties with Manchester United, recently unveiling the team’s 3rd kit for next season. Falling short of the title and finishing in 2nd place (still some distance behind their rivals), the globally recognised football club look towards their next campaign in the Barclays Premier League.
Leaks of all three kits have been floating around over the past few weeks, with more and more details emerging until an announcement was finally given by adidas and the club. Arriving in a slick combination of Navy and Matte Gold, the design calls back to United‘s uniform back in 1968.
This is the first kit to feature adidas‘ Parley Ocean Plastic, which is an initiative the brand are involved in that aims to save the oceans from pollution. Putting the power in the hands of the people, the eco-friendly design has seen a widely positive response by fans. It shouldn’t be too long before we see the official home and away kits, but until then, enjoy Pogba, Martial, McTominay and Lukaku model the 3rd kit above.
Available now for a short while at adidas here, be sure to grab the kit now as this season comes to a close and give us your thoughts on the kit below. Also, find more sports news at the link provided underneath and visit back soon for more new kits.
