Jordan Brand unleashes official details for Travis Scott “Cactus Jack” collab
Hugely respected producer and platinum selling rapper Travis Scott is the latest star to collaborate with Jordan Brand, dedicating his Air Jordan IV “Cactus Jack” to his hometown of Houston, Texas. This marks his sneaker design debut with Jordan, applying University Blue to the pair’s premium suede leather upper. Standout lettering can be seen down the shoe’s heel in black and red, arriving in a familiar crossword style that is identical to the “Cactus Jack” logo.
Staple paint splatters feature across the pair’s black accents, with other tones and elements of the design taken from his favorite pro football team during his childhood. Although, commonly associated with the wrestler Mick Foley, Travis‘ version of the phrase is actually an added moniker and is the name of his record label.
Unique branding is seen on the left heel and right insole, along with a special tag attached to the inner left tongue. Nodding to the original AJ IV, the collaboration arrives June 9th at Nike online here and at select retailers globally.
