Serious Klein discusses sins & temptation in “Coochie Money”

Germany-based Ghanaian rapper Serious Klein recently dropped his visuals for delightful rap record, “Coochie Money“. Pulling from hip-hop’s golden era but somehow still sounding current, the cultured musician embeds a conscious message within his latest release. Touching on sins, temptation and more, the moody visuals perfectly present an artistic representation of the song’s meaning.

90’s boom-bap is painted right across this record, which features an almost live instrument feel. Soulfully discussing people’s vices and maybe his own, Serious Klein offers great poetry over Shove Island‘s brilliant, standout production.

Neatly put together by director Dominik Wieschermann and many other talented contributors, this release leads up to Klein’s official debut album.
