Gucci’s Throws back to the 70’s with ‘Double G’ Ring
Gucci releases their newest 18K-gold ring that conveys the luxury brand’s prosperous and glistening heritage.
The ‘Double G‘ ring, as the name implies, takes the label’s iconic ‘GG’ logo as the focal point. Aldo Gucci implemented to pay homage to his father, Guccio Gucci. The ‘GG‘ logo was one of the fashion house’s prominent aesthetic in the 70’s.
The combination of the brand’s rich history and creative director Alessandro Michele’s fondness for rings creates a timeless final product. In the same sense, the older design is still completely fitting within today’s fashion landscape.
The ‘Double G’ ring is also certified in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973.
For those who are interested, you can find the ring over at MR PORTER for a retail price of £1,527.00 GBP.
