Kodak Black under fire for comments about Lauren London
Kodak Black is given stern warning by peers after comments concerning Lauren London
Kodak Black is under some heavy fire from peers and fans after hearing his suggestive comments on Instagram Live about superstar actress, Lauren London – who recently lost her husband NipseyHussle in a controversial murder on March 31st.
In the video below, the Florida artist states how Lauren is “finna be a whole widow” and discusses with his friends how he’d be “the best man he could be for her”. This was followed instantly by more inappropriate comments, which Kodak Black claims in his apology (final video underneath) wasn’t intended to be disrespectful or weren’t disrespectful in nature.
Kodak Black on IG talks about Lauren London being single and a widow, that she only needs a year to grieve for Nipsey Hussle, before Kodak will get at her.
Some of his industry peers including the Tank, The Game and T.I., who of course has a special relationship with Lauren, decided to check the 21-year-old for his hurtful comments. You can check out the reactions from the aforementioned artists below:
As the caption in the tweet would suggest, many are not accepting the apology (see below). Fans and spectators believe this should have been the final straw for Kodak, who has recently been charged with rape and was also in hot water for some “weird” comments about Young MA.
Some even took to Twitter to criticize his industry peers for not canceling him sooner when the other two situations occurred, claiming it’s only out of respect for Nipsey and not Lauren they chose to speak up.
