J2K breaks down his business moves in mini-doc, “Within the Dopeness”
J2K drops mini-doc about his entrepreneurship “Within the Dopeness”
Jason Black, otherwise known as J2K, takes a break from music to release his exclusive documentary alongside GRM Daily titled “Within the Dopeness“. It shows his daily routines and all of his most recent business endeavors.
A veteran solo MC, member of iconic group Roll Deep, producer, and much more, he solidified his name early on, particularly in and around the grime scene around a decade ago. Since then, he’s been one of few people to take this leverage and truly elevate his status from a business standpoint, co-founding the international footwear-care company, Crep Protect.
He also co-founded the new restaurant, Crepes & Cones, alongside Play Dirty duo Krept & Konan and more recently, he’s delved into socks and sliders by teaming up with Vibbar through creative agency, HOME. But it’s not all about profits. He’s also focused on giving back, launching the company FLOOR SIXX which is an emerging music platform and academy designed to support aspiring artists.
Speaking about his involvement, and the ins and outs of each business, he breaks down his commendable journey throughout the mini-doc above. Expertly captured by CS Visuals, be sure to check it out now or comment your thoughts below.
