A new week means a new Music Video Monday here L Ø S T CULTURE. It’s a time where we like to give recognition to the talent behind the lens as well as the talent in front. Let’s see what outstanding projects have been released over the past 7+ days.
This week we have the females standing strong with a double dose of UK female talent. Jorja Smith and Burna Boy teamed up with director Amber Grace Johnson to bring us a music video that’s certainly different. Doja Cat follows up with her unique style and character on the fruity and fun, “Juicy“.
We have another double dose, this time both of them from Quality Control. Firstly, Quality Control made a movie with the help of Lil Baby, DaBaby and Daps. Quality Control then teamed up with Migos on “Frosted Flakes”
There’s no double helping from our next artist unfortunately but there’s nothing to say why this one shouldn’t be on our radar. Headie One called on Nathan James Tettey to capture enticing visuals for “Both”. Che Lingo impresses with the Danny Smithers-featured “Big Doubts“, and last but not least we have Manchester-based artists Sleepz & HMD who jump in a time machine for the expertly captured single, “Textures“.
