LØST CULTURE MEETS : Big Tobz

Big Tobz has remained incredibly consistent since his breakthrough.. He’s an artist known for his club bangers, powerful songs, introspective cuts, and overall lyricism,

Back in October 2018, the varied artist returned to the scene after a brief hiatus, celebrating Black History Month with his song “Black Girls”.

This track actually succeeded his popular summer joint, “No Behaviour”. We saw Tobz’ take his talents to L.A. for the accompanying visual.

Prior to that, he addressed the knife-crime issue in London with the thought-provoking short film and music video, “W.O.K.E”. After a busy year which saw Big Tobz perform at SXSW and The Great Escape festival, he aims for similar heights in 2019.

The release of his new major single, “Baby Girl”, should kick start his journey upwards this year. Discussing all of these releases with our interviewer, Kennedy Taylor, the two discuss quite a bit. Ranging from his journey so far, to name origins, dress sense, and much more.
